Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

Athletic Living ("we"). For any request regarding your data: support@athleticliving.app.

2. Data collected

• Account data: email, name (display name), password (hashed).
• Athlete data: weight, sex, sweat rate, sweat test results.
• Training data: workouts, race plans, recovery logs.
• Minimal technical data required for the service (authentication, session).

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to provide the service (contract performance, art. 6.1.b GDPR) and to ensure platform security (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f). We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

4. Retention

Data is retained as long as your account is active. When the account is deleted, all associated data is permanently erased within 30 days.

5. Sub-processors

• Supabase (database hosting and authentication) — EU.
• Cloudflare (application hosting) — EU / global edge.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. You can exercise them directly from the Profile → Privacy & data section (JSON export, account deletion) or by writing to privacy@athleticliving.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use only necessary technical cookies (session, authentication). No profiling cookies or third-party tracking.
